[AS OF March 19] The City of Pasadena, along with cities throughout Los Angeles County, have issued a Safer at Home Order to combat the spread of COVID-19. The Order requires residents to stay in their residences and limit movement outside their homes as much as possible. It prohibits public and private events of 10 or more people, and requires the closure of malls, shopping centers, children’s playgrounds, and non-essential retail businesses to slow the spread of COVID-19 within the community. The order does not prohibit outdoor activities such as hiking, walking, and shopping at essential businesses-including grocery stores and restaurants-so long as all persons practice social distancing to the extent practicable.

As a result, we are postponing the March 24th Income Property Management Expo until Wednesday, October 7th.  The Expo at that time will again take place at the Pasadena Convention Center. In addition, Maintenance Mania will be cancelled until further notice. Additional information regarding the event will be made available as soon as possible.
